Ashridge Group is delighted to announce that it has reached a five-year birthday milestone, further cementing its position in the industry and demonstrative of its consistent growth since its inception in 2012.

With a workforce of around 100 employees, and a large client base which spans a number of different industry sectors including further education, utilities, manufacturing, rail, corporate and heritage sites and more, Ashridge Group has continued to grow year on year, penetrating new markets across the UK.

Operations Director, Emma Walker, said: “We are excited to reach this milestone as an organisation – it’s testament to all the hard work we put in across the business, right through from grass roots level to the top. It’s rewarding to see continued growth and scalability, and we are looking forward to further developing our strategic vision for the future.”

Ashridge Group places a strong focus on employee engagement and satisfaction, conducting regular workplace initiatives and career development opportunities, as well as encouraging regular employee feedback via a programme it has introduced called ’Your Voice’.

“Employee communication is really key for us”, Emma added. “We aim to nurture our employees and provide them with a working environment which is conducive to personal growth, job satisfaction, and having a voice to share ideas or provide feedback.”

Ashridge Group achieved a high employee satisfaction rating in its annual employee satisfaction survey, with over 75% of employees reporting that they were ‘Extremely Satisfied’ or ‘Satisfied’ with the overall business.

Mick Stubbs, Operations Manager, said: “Ashridge Group really stand out from the crowded security sector. Many companies claim to care about their employees but Ashridge really put this at the forefront of the business. A year ago I was lucky enough to be welcomed into the Ashridge family and I have never looked back, I was blown away by the warmth shown to me by the team and the level of employee engagement.”

Nancy Oliver, Executive Assistant, said: “No words can thank Ashridge Group enough for what they have offered and supported me through. They are a fantastic business whose priority is treating their employees with the upmost respect and support. I have been lucky enough to grow with Ashridge Group since 2015 and I am very much looking forward to continuously growing with and seeing what the organisation has to offer in the future.”

Ashridge Group similarly works hard to maintain solid relationships with its clients and prides itself on its high client retention record. The longest client contract is five years, with Engie, a partner which has worked with Ashridge Group since the beginning and we have seen the relationship go from strength to strength.

Gavin McGuiness, Security SME, Business Improvement Manager for Engie, said: “Ashridge Group, as always, still sets the benchmark in service excellence, delivered by professionals, through synergy and understanding of its client’s needs, ever improving and constantly pushing the boundaries. It has been a pleasure having the support of Ashridge Group, working alongside Engie as a trusted partner, servicing some very important clients. Wishing your team and staff all the best for the next five years and beyond ”.

As a way of extending the five-year birthday celebrations with employees, clients and site partners, Ashridge Group is sending out individual cupcakes with personalised messages on them, along with a thank you card recognising their hard work and dedication to the company.
