Main description

Ashridge Group is seeking a Business Support Administrator to support day to day responsibilities which includes onboarding new employees, processing applications, completing five-year screening, HR letters and contracts, setting up interviews, sending out uniforms along with other administration tasks that help support the team.

Summary of duties:

  • To manage the on-boarding process for new team members joining the company. 
  • To manage the recruitment process from advertisement through to finalised employee, inclusive of all completed pre-employment and screening checks.
  • To ensure that the screening and vetting of all Ashridge personnel is carried out and completed in line with BS7858, and Ashridge Business Objectives.
  • Ensuring that all personnel documentation is continuously updated and filed in line with current legislations.
  • To assist the operations and human resource department to ensure that the company operates in line with current and future legislations.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good with Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrate good planning and organisation skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Work well within a team and on your own initiative.

Please note:

Due to our office location, you need to be able to get to and from the workplace via car. 

Salary range is between £14,000 – £16,000. 

Entry requirements

GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or above.

Predicted grades will be accepted.

Training to be Provided.

  • Training with Milton Keynes College.
  • Ongoing training, support and development with the employer.
  • Business Administrator Level 3. 
  • Access to numerous online courses that are offered to all Ashridge employees.

Future Prospects

Full time employment, continue with training and support along with mentoring from the management team.
