Ashridge Group have a new opportunity: We are seeking a corporate relief officer to join our team on Permanent contract who is flexible to work days, nights and weekends, as well as 8-12 hour shifts. If you are someone who is keen to pick up work, this is the position for you.

This position will allow you to work to work as part of a friendly experienced team. We have a team of 25 employees based across three locations in Nottingham. The team consist of a mixture of control room operatives, security officers, receptionists, porters and mail room operatives.

It is always a good start to join the team as a relief officer. It will give you the chance to explore all the different sites and can potentially progress into a full-time role. As a relief officer you may be contacted at short notice. However, we will try to provide you with shifts in advance when covering sickness or holidays etc.

Pay Rate: £9.50


  • 8 or 12 hours shifts (depending on what role you are covering).
  • Days, nights or weekend
  • This is a Relief officer position where you will not be guaranteed hours


  • Provide a high level of customer services
  • Ability to communicate with any individuals to an excellent standard
  • Front of house duties i.e greeting all individuals onto site
  • Keeping records on site up to date.
  • Following all Health and safety procedures
  • Responding to alarms and emergency situations.
  • Post Room duties i.e distributing deliveries
  • Maintaining a professional atmosphere
  • Following all instructions provided by the security management team

  • [Essential] Valid SIA Licence
  • [Essential] Full 5 Years employment/education history.
  • [Essential] Valid Driving Licence
  • [Preferred] First Aid Trained (Certified)
  • [Preferred] Experience within a corporate role

  • [Preferred] Clear and direct commutation skills [Written and verbal]
