We are seeking a Relief Security Officer to join our team on multiple sites. This individual must be prepared to work a mixture of Days, Nights and Weekends.

On some sites you will be working as part of a team, on others you will be lone working but please be assured that all training is provided.

It is always a good start to join the team as a relief officer. It will give you the chance to explore all the different sites and can potentially progress into a full time role.

As a relief officer you may be contacted at short notice. However we will try to provide you with shifts in advance when covering sickness or holidays etc.

This vacancy is ideal for someone who enjoys a being at the forefront of the company, the face of an organisation, being first point of contact for all foot flow entering the premises and providing outstanding customer service!

Candidates for this role will need to have flexible availability, Monday – Sunday.

Location: SW10 / EC1R

Pay Rate: £11.50 – 13.50 per hour (Site Rate)

Hours: Days Shift / Night Shift – Mixed hours [8 – 12 hours].


  • Meet & Greet- Providing assistance to residents and internal stakeholders where required
  • Administration [IT literate, answering phones, filing and organising paperwork]
  • Liaising with clients, customers and VIP’s
  • Provide a friendly, efficient, informative and helpful service [to the above, throughout their time on the premises]
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
  • To complete Security Patrols in and around the building

  • [Essential] Valid SIA Licence
  • [Essential] Full 5 Years employment/education history.
  • [Preferred] First Aid Trained (Certified)
  • [Preferred] Valid Driving Licence
  • [Preferred] Experience within a corporate role
  • [Preferred] Excellent customer service skills
  • [Preferred] Clear and direct commutation skills [Written and verbal]
