Ashridge Group have a new opportunity: We are seeking a Relief Security Officer to join our team our sites in and around Milton Keynes. This individual must be prepared to work a mixture of Days and weekends.

This position will allow you to work to work as part of a friendly experienced team. We are looking for an individual who excels in communicating to individuals of variety of ages, along with a ‘hands on’, proactive attitude.

It is always a good start to join the team as a relief officer. It will give you the chance to explore all the different sites and can potentially progress into a full-time role. As a relief officer you may be contacted at short notice. However, we will try to provide you with shifts in advance when covering sickness or holidays etc.

Location: Milton Keynes [MK6 5LP / MK9 3NZ]

Pay Rate: £9.00 – £10.50 (Site Rate)

Hours: Various Adhoc [Morning, Afternoon, Evening]


  • Welcoming Guests to the theatre and conducting bag searches
  • Assist with checking tickets and documents
  • Complete Regular Patrols, checking all entrances and exits
  • high standard of service delivery in line with Security regulations
  • Building Unlocks and lockups
  • Front of house duties
  • Reporting al health and Safety concerns
  • Protecting the property and assets from damage
  • Assisting with setting rooms up directed by the facilities team

  • [Essential] Valid SIA Licence [Preferred] Door Supervisor licence.
  • [Essential] Full 5 Years employment/education history.
  • [Essential] Valid Driving Licence
  • [Preferred] First Aid Trained (Certified)
  • [Preferred] Experience within a Corporate role
  • [Preferred] Experience on a campus
  • [Preferred] Excellent customer service skills
  • [Preferred] Clear and direct commutation skills [Written and verbal]
