Our facilities management team provide hard and soft services including commercial cleaning, building maintenance, electrical mechanical services, air and water treatment, planned maintenance and grounds management for a complete and reliable outsource option with friendly, approachable staff.
Security
Offering dedicated security services for commercial, residential and heritage properties as well as specialist event security, safety management, key holding and mobile patrols, we also arrange managed CCTV and remote monitoring through accredited specialist partners — for total peace of mind, delivered with our signature personal approach.
Safety
Consultancy provided by Cognitious is geared to support you in achieving resilience, business continuity and crisis handling expertise, even when faced with major incidents and threats. Through provision of security awareness training, risk management and strategic security planning, we work closely with clients to develop, test and maintain stalwart security practices.

All officers are directly employed and SIA-licensed.
Yes. We are an SIA Approved Contractor under the Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS). Every officer holds a valid SIA licence and is vetted to BS 7858 before deployment. We are also certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and hold Cyber Essentials Plus.
We cover mainland UK from our Buckinghamshire base, with teams working across London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh and the other cities listed on our areas page. Local coverage is set out city by city so you can see what we deliver in your area.
We mobilise waking-watch cover within 24 hours of instruction, and often the same day for emergency fire-safety cover. Our 24/7 control room co-ordinates deployment, relief cover and documented patrol reporting from the first shift.
