Ashridge Group is an SIA-approved provider of security guarding, facilities management and fire-safety services across mainland UK. Founded in 2012 and based in Buckinghamshire, we protect commercial, residential and heritage sites with directly-employed, vetted officers, backed by a 24/7 control room. A family-run group with a national footprint.
Emma and Mark Walker founded Ashridge Group in Buckinghamshire in 2012, and the family still runs it today. We provide security, facilities management, fire safety and security consultancy to clients across the UK, with teams we employ directly rather than sub-contract.

We provide three services across mainland UK: security guarding (manned guarding, mobile patrols, key holding and alarm response), facilities management (maintenance, cleaning and grounds), and fire safety including waking watch. Our teams are directly employed: security officers hold SIA licences, and waking watch officers are trained fire marshals.
Yes. We are an SIA Approved Contractor under the Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS). Every security officer holds a valid SIA licence and is vetted to BS 7858 before deployment. We are also certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and hold Cyber Essentials Plus.
We cover mainland UK from our Buckinghamshire base, with teams working across London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh and the other cities listed on our areas page. Local coverage is set out city by city so you can see what we deliver in your area.
We mobilise waking-watch cover within 24 hours of instruction, and often the same day for emergency fire-safety cover. Our 24/7 control room co-ordinates deployment, relief cover and documented patrol reporting from the first shift.
