Buckinghamshire is our home county. Ashridge Group has been headquartered here since 2012, and our management team, 24/7 control room and directly-employed officers are all based in the county at Liscombe Park, Soulbury, near Leighton Buzzard. That gives clients here shorter mobilisation times than a national provider working from a distant regional depot, and a named local manager rather than a call centre. Every security officer is SIA-licensed and BS 7858 vetted before deployment, and we hold SIA Approved Contractor status alongside ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification.

We work across the whole county: Aylesbury and the Vale, High Wycombe, Amersham, Chesham, Beaconsfield, Marlow, Buckingham, Princes Risborough, Wendover and Winslow, along with neighbouring Milton Keynes. The county's road network shapes how we deploy. The M40 corridor through High Wycombe and Beaconsfield, the A41 and A413 through Aylesbury, and the M1 on the eastern edge let our mobile patrols cover most Buckinghamshire postcodes quickly, including for out-of-hours lock-up, alarm response and key holding.

Demand here is driven by a mix of commercial and residential development. Aylesbury's Garden Town growth programme and housing delivery across the Vale keep construction-site security in steady demand, while business parks around High Wycombe, Aylesbury and Milton Keynes need daytime reception cover and overnight guarding. The county also has significant heritage and visitor sites requiring a different kind of officer, one comfortable with the public.

Buckinghamshire is also where our record is most visible. We were named Company of the Year at the Buckinghamshire Business Awards in 2018 and Best in Aylesbury Vale in both 2018 and 2019. Our Charity Foundation supports community groups across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, and we run apprenticeships in partnership with Milton Keynes College.
