A community football club event in Buckinghamshire needed security cover across a two-day weekend, including overnight protection of an on-site marquee and equipment between event days.
The event ran into the early hours on both nights, requiring cover spanning the main event programme and the overnight period either side of it.
Ashridge Group provided SIA-licensed officers across the event weekend, with overnight shifts protecting the marquee and grounds, and additional officers covering the main event hours on each day.
Officers were briefed on the site layout and event schedule in advance, with cover handed over cleanly between shifts across the weekend.
The event ran safely across both days, with the marquee and grounds protected overnight and continuous cover through the main event programme.
