Ashridge Group provided event security for a multi-day schools athletics event on an astro-turf running track in Milton Keynes, covering the track and surrounding grounds across two separate blocks of fixture dates in spring 2026.
A school sports event required security cover across an astro-turf athletics track and the surrounding grounds in Milton Keynes, run over two separate blocks of dates in spring 2026 to accommodate different year groups and rearranged fixtures.
The site needed a visible, professional presence throughout each event day, managing access to the track and grounds and supporting the smooth running of the programme.
Ashridge Group provided SIA-licensed officers across each event day, covering the astro-turf track and surrounding areas from morning setup through to the evening close of play.
Cover was scheduled around the school’s own event programme, with officers briefed on the site layout and each day’s schedule ahead of every block of dates.
The sports days ran safely across both blocks of dates, with officers providing continuous cover for the full programme each day.
